Running with the wolves

Kids ProgramS

Fall session dates: Sept 16 - Dec 11 (10 weeks, excluding holidays)

Little Ninjas (Ages 7-10, elementary school)
Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:00 to 6:00 PM

Teen Wolves (Ages 10-14, middle school)
Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:15 to 7:15 PM

In both programs, we'll teach your kids the fundamentals of jiu-jitsu in a safe and fun environment. Activities will revolve around team building activities, mutual respect, and progressive learning. We do not teach striking or joint locks for safety reasons.

Example activities:
- Partner warm-ups: bear crawls, koala walks, puppet walks
- Team relay races: turtle rolls, leap frog
- Partner BJJ technique drills
- Supervised sparring
- Group stretching

Give your child an opportunity to learn skills and make friends for a lifetime!

FAQ / Details:

Pricing: The price of the kid's program is $295 for 20 sessions over 10-weeks. We accept cash or check. Payment must be made in the first week of class, before September 20.

Attendance: We highly encourage your child to attend every session on both Monday and Wednesday for all 10 weeks. The reason for this is so that the group can grow together in both techniques and closeness to each other. There are no penalties for missing class, but no refunds are available except for emergency circumstances.

Observing: You are welcome to observe the class from our visitor's space! We also encourage you to join the adult's classes later in the night :) Many parents who do BJJ have said that they have bonded more with their kids over common goals and activities.

Holidays: There will be no class on Monday, October 14 (Columbus/Indigenous Day) and Wednesday, November 17 (Thanksgiving long weekend). We'll remind you again when those days are closer.
